That's the thrill of living in the Hellmouth! There's a veritable cornucopia of fiends and devils and ghouls to engage ... Pardon me for finding the glass half-full.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I wish I could just go somewhere to get flensed but none of the whaling ships near me take Medicare.

WS, sorry to hear about the insomnia. I can relate.

Hil, also can relate to RSI pain. I hope yours gets better soon. In the meantime, the Ergodyne Proflex 4000 has been the best wrist splint I've used. [link]

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Thanks, Spidra. It had been getting better, and I'd been not wearing the splint for nearly a week, but then over the weekend it started hurting again. (I have no idea why. I wasn't writing at all, and wasn't typing much. I'm figuring that maybe the way that I was holding the shopping bags while I was shopping did something to it.)

Depends on what the root cause of your RSI is. While doing certain things can exacerbate mine, I can hurt even if I'm not doing much. Postural issues, stress/tension issues, etc. Do hope yours gets better.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Hope you two get some sleep and some not-hurtingness. Me? I got two hours sleep and I am soooo thankful. May not be enough but at least that's two hours in which I was not getting progressively angrier about being awake.

Good morning, vw! I keep meaning to say that I'm sorry I didn't get to see more of you at the F2F

Gronk.

Guh. Got up at 4:15 am. Will soon be on the road with the delectable Fay to take her for her unfortunately-timed early morning flight.

Wow, it's early. On the plus side I'll get to see sunrise, which is a bit of a novelty. Hopefully it'll be only sparse cloud to make the most of the visuals.

*Sigh* We tried to keep Fay, we really did, but she insists she's got this 'work' thingamy that's calling her back to Cairo. Silly Fay.

waves

Everyone wish her a safe flight.

Safe flight Fay!

Has anyone posted pictures from the ball?
