I can't sleep either. Haven't really been able to for the past few nights. I think I'm over-stressed. And my wrist hurts.

Thanks, Spidra. It had been getting better, and I'd been not wearing the splint for nearly a week, but then over the weekend it started hurting again. (I have no idea why. I wasn't writing at all, and wasn't typing much. I'm figuring that maybe the way that I was holding the shopping bags while I was shopping did something to it.)

Depends on what the root cause of your RSI is. While doing certain things can exacerbate mine, I can hurt even if I'm not doing much. Postural issues, stress/tension issues, etc. Do hope yours gets better.

Hope you two get some sleep and some not-hurtingness. Me? I got two hours sleep and I am soooo thankful. May not be enough but at least that's two hours in which I was not getting progressively angrier about being awake.
