Handsome brooding vampire guy has to swoop in all sensitive mouth and overhanging forehead. How 'bout leaving some scraps for the homely-looking fellows who don't turn evil when they get some?

Spike's Bitches 30: Going on Thirteen

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

It's wrong to not like a co-worker simply because she's really quiet and barely says, "Good morning." or "Good night." or anything else, right?

Maybe she has a bunch of invisible friends who live in the glowy box that she would rather talk to than people she has to work with...

Not that I would know anything about that, of course.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

See?? Easy peasy!

I'm sending Em her new mission instructions right now. Sometimes distrust is warranted...but you're too late!

vanguard of the socialist Hollywood liberal homosexualist agenda

Epic, I always had your part in groups in school. Luckily, I would pressure my friends in class to be in my group, so then I knew they would do their part. I wouldn't feel bad, if her part was easy she doesn't have much of an excuse to have taken so long.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

unless you have a protien bar that really like - stay away from them - eat stuff you like. just go for full fat when you can. and the good things about things like jamba juice, milkshakes, frappachinos - so what if you can't drink it all - just stick in in the freezer and toss it in the blender when you want more.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

I'm sending Em her new mission instructions right now. Sometimes distrust is warranted...but you're too late!

Good luck getting through to her mind right now - it's chock a block with playing on the slide, taking milk from Max, teaching the other kids to curse like her mommy, and hogging all the toys.

Later, there will naps.

Luckily, I would pressure my friends in class to be in my group, so then I knew they would do their part.

Yeah, I was setting it up so that I sat near other "grown-ups" so I could feel confident that I wouldn't have this very situation, then on the day we set the groups, someone was in my usual chair and I had to take potluck. I tried to avoid the eye of the children surrounding me and get back with my grownups, but couldn't pull it off. Maybe if I could have been a heinous bitch that night and ignored them...

Ah well, live and learn (not learn, I already knew), live and suffer and gain weight from stress eating. Then bask in the glow of "semester's nearly over and this very weekend I get to hang with Buffistas!!!"

Okay, actually do feel a bit better now.

Venting's my friend.

And so's the 'ffistas.

Man, I thought my schedule was full.

beth, did you remember to write "make to-do list" so you could cross that off?

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

I probably could've spoken better too, Aims -- because I definitely see the distinction you're drawing between quiet and antisocial. But yeah, in situations that are not at all like this place, I can get pretty inward, and the fear that people are hating on me makes me a hundred times more so. I wouldn't assume it's any kind of intentional hostility on her part.

Of course, if you have good reason to hate her, hate away!
