I'm 17. Looking at linoleum makes me want to have sex.

Spike's Bitches 30: Going on Thirteen

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

I forgot! Erika, your hair is AWESOME! It's really beautiful and striking.

Always Anti-fascist!

Funny, because I've been embarrassed by my blonde hair my entire life...I never thought I'd want to be blonder. (a lot of jokes at a very awkward stage, plus an inborn suspicion of anything else that gets little old ladies talking to me on the street.)

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

erika, that's definitely a glamour blonde. Excellent choice.

Nora, you should flip through the Yellow Pages and see if you can find somebody with a pump that'll come up and pump it to the nearest storm drain.

I'm getting the pig!

We're both (me & Tom AND our condo neighbors) first time homeowners who don't know a fucking thing about anything.

Gah. That sucks, Nora, and I wish I had some advice or something helpful to say. Did you already mention here if you have flood insurance or not? Which doesn't help now but it will later. I'm so sorry you're dealing with this.

My dinner date was canceled. I'm assuming this since I can't get in touch with the person I was going to have dinner with. Hoping she's ok.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Nora, you can have a sump pump put in for not much money. Our basement when we lived in Cambridge leaked like a sieve (our forst rainstorm there netted us four inches of water, including a huge pool right under the fuse box) , and the sump really made a huge difference.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Or, Nora, you could run down to Home Depot and buy your own pump and let your co-owner pay half.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Erika, I dig the blonder.

Funny, because I've been embarrassed by my blonde hair my entire life...I never thought I'd want to be blonder.

Blondes are Teh Cool!

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

K-Bug and I did the mother-daughter bonding thing today and both got our hair cut and colored. She has her usual red underlayer. Me, I had the blond toned out of my hair. Not sure if I'm gonna keep it this color or play with it some more before Friday. Hers is still beautifully long, mine is short, but I kinda wish I'd gone shorter.

I believe I had mentioned here that she has been trying out for an elite softball tournament team. Well, she made the team. That means all our free time and cash are GONE (well, after the F2F).

It also means there is a good chance that I'll be in Souther Cal, Denver, CO, Park City, UT and/or Seattle, WA sometime over the summer.
