Simon: I swear when it's appropriate. Kaylee: Simon, the whole point of swearing is that it ain't appropriate.

Spike's Bitches 30: Going on Thirteen

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Nora, you can have a sump pump put in for not much money. Our basement when we lived in Cambridge leaked like a sieve (our forst rainstorm there netted us four inches of water, including a huge pool right under the fuse box) , and the sump really made a huge difference.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Or, Nora, you could run down to Home Depot and buy your own pump and let your co-owner pay half.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Erika, I dig the blonder.

Funny, because I've been embarrassed by my blonde hair my entire life...I never thought I'd want to be blonder.

Blondes are Teh Cool!

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

K-Bug and I did the mother-daughter bonding thing today and both got our hair cut and colored. She has her usual red underlayer. Me, I had the blond toned out of my hair. Not sure if I'm gonna keep it this color or play with it some more before Friday. Hers is still beautifully long, mine is short, but I kinda wish I'd gone shorter.

I believe I had mentioned here that she has been trying out for an elite softball tournament team. Well, she made the team. That means all our free time and cash are GONE (well, after the F2F).

It also means there is a good chance that I'll be in Souther Cal, Denver, CO, Park City, UT and/or Seattle, WA sometime over the summer.

Nicole - I wanna, it is just a matter of figuring out HOW to get out there. We could conceivable drive to SoCal, WA, and UT. Denver means airfare.

We'll put our heads together and figure something out after the F2F, Suz. No way am I passing up on even the slightest opportunity to get you out here. Can you e me the Denver dates?

Maybe I'll just make announcements here from time to time.

Oooh! I wanna make one!

I'm pregnant with triplets, who are aliens!

Also, a tornado ran through my house! ...no, wait, that's just that I didn't manage to clean this weekend, and I am in desperate need of doing laundry.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

My announcement: I've booked my flights to and from the US in August/September. First Class! Yes, I accumulated a ridiculous number of frequent flyer points while in the US.
