What you did to me was unbelievable, Connor. But then I got stuck in a hell dimension by my girlfriend one time for a hundred years, so three months under the ocean actually gave me perspective. Kind of a M.C. Escher perspective, but I did get time to think.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Herding cats for fun

A job for Spidra (already!), publishing for Erika, and sprog for Zmayhem. Aaaaah. The news feels very good indeed.

Now to hit up Spidra for leads at UC, get Erika's autograph, and restrain self from rushing up to JZ to pat her tummy next I see her. I bet I can make myself wait at least 1.5 minutes before bubbling over into a veritable froth of joy. Bless! I feel very sure that Zmayhem will make a new person with a good heart, and not just in a mitral-valve works properly sort of way.

The status is NOT quo.

::snarfle::

Huh. Two hour nap. It's 8PM? This doesn't bode well for sleeping tonight.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Stephanie!

Not from anywhere here, but my advice? Cut your losses, sell the FBs to someone who they'll fit, and stock up on things either aplix or side-snapping, because HOLY CARP, when they hit a year, they squirm like trapped ninjas!

I really want to see Lily and Isaac and Franny all playing together.

I think she'd totally dig Isaac, as he sounds a lot like her best friend at daycare.

Speaking of...

WOO! Good news. Now that the other tiny toddlers have hit a year, they're putting the lot of them in their own room, away from the almost-twos. It started today, and man, she was so much happier being with her peeps.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

I need peeps. Though someone at work came in with junior mints yesterday. That was a nifty surprise.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

How well can junior mints joust?

Ah, that is an unexpected turn of good luck.

Reports of my death may have been greatly exaggerated, as it turns out.

I now have 6 or 7 vids loaded onto my iPod, and while I have to report that Shalott's 'Bohemian like you' is still my favourite (because cute slashy goodness and fab song and fantastic comic timing and shiny things and hot boys), Killa & T Jonesy's ST:TOS vid of Knights of the Round Table is one of the funniest and cleverest and most GENIUS things I've ever seen in my life. So funny. Wow.

Here endeth the Squee of VidYay.

move out and draw fire

There was a moment of excitement when a colorful hot-air balloon landed in a shimmering pool outside

This may be the best visual metaphor for sperm implanting ovum I've ever read.

Going with the "p" theme, I suggest you instill an early love of pterodactyls.

Platypus!

Our wings are not tired.

I received an email about the pretty pretty dress I ordered. Back-ordered until May 30. But I wanted it now!! I know, not an earth shattering problem, but still annoying. They shouldn't taunt me that way.

Enjoy the next few hours. I am reasonably close to finishing the last 3 work things on my critcal list. Then on to the urgent list. Sigh. I need a vacation. And I shall have one!
