Spike's Bitches 30: Going on Thirteen

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Our wings are not tired.

Wow! I totally thought that was you Fay. I blame the hour since you are more likely to be about now. Um, they both end with y? No, I got no good excuse.

You will note that I didn't go back and edit to make you look crazy though. I think I deserve a big hug in just a few days in SF for this.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

In Quebec during lobster season they have MacHomard.

I would eat the crab. Well, if I liked crab. I'd guess it's fine.

Do they, like, crash into stationary objects while walking across rooms?

Oh lord, my neighbor told me the other day that they accidentally got his beagle drunk. He had just got a full glass of whiskey and put it down on the floor to go answer the phone. Came back, glass was empty, and the dog was stumbling into the walls. Poor wee Sammie.

I was trying to be a lazy butt and went back to bed. But, then Emily called needing something, so I'm taking it as a sign that I need to be up and being productive.

I don't WANNA!

OMG so stiff. I went running on Sunday, and then yesterday ended up doing a bunch of unplanned furniture moving, and now I'm so achy I just want to lie here and not go to work. Feh.

Because books.

Much ~ma for Laura's mom. And a wave to Cass's mom!

vw and I are as one! I went back to sleep when Stephen got up and took Sara out of the room, but then I woke up a) having to pee, b) with an incredible knot in my neck, and c) actually kind of wide awake for once. Huh. That so rarely happens.

Came back, glass was empty, and the dog was stumbling into the walls.

Oh dear. ::trying not to laugh:: Poor thing.

Someone tell me to quit looking at xBoxes and pay my bills already.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Pay bills, then look at xBoxes.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

In Maine during the summer they have McLobster.

I think I missed the beginning of the double-jointedness discussion, but I've got Ehlers-Danlos. My doctor's pretty much said that there's not much that can be done about it except being careful not to overextend the joints, wearing braces to stablilize the joints sometimes, and NSAIDs for the pain.
