Spike's Bitches 30: Going on Thirteen

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Our wings are not tired.

Yay! We will need to see pictures of the Blankee.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Please don’t think I am saying anyone is mean for laughing and enjoying expedite dude’s charm! (because with ya) I’m just saying that “some of my best friends” don’t know a there from a their.
Oh he used the biggish words correctly. Just in a kinda skeevy way.

Of all the things to expedite, courtship is low on the list if you aren't purchasing someone's charms on an hourly basis.

But he made me laugh and laugh and that does earn him some bonus points should he ever woo the fair bug again.

Hi Cass! You're up early.

Oh, the NASA picture of the day a bit back had night glow from Phoenix. It is my desktop at the moment, because pretty. [link]

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

(since you're here this morning, vw & Windsparrow, did you get mail from me?)

Oh! Yes! Got it on Saturday, I think. Daniel and I both got all smiley. And then forgot to mention anything about it. We were so caught up in celebrating first anniversary of our first date to be coherently social with anyone but us. That's my story, and I'm sticking to it.

P.S. Did I mention, Thank You for thinking of us!

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

There's a commercial on the radio informing us that what our mothers really want for Mothers Day is professional tooth whitening.

Dude, I was so wondering what I should do for Mom... figured, should be something special especially since she just got out from under the thumb of the nasty, icky second husband. Professional tooth whitening! Yes, so she can confidently navigate the tricky waters of the single-and-sexy-impoverished-retirees social scene.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I had a cat with spring pollen allergies. It was an unfortunate example of "like owner, like pet." Cortisone shots really helped her, but I don't think dogs tolerate cortisone as well as cats.
Yeah. He's been getting lots of allergy pills lately, due to his weezing. Poor guy.

FWIW, Lucy tolerated cortisone shots without issue. She also has a spray I use - her seasonal allergies manifest more in skin rashes than breathing issues.

Brendon! I'll keep looking over the heads of crowds this weekend, for sure. And wouldn't you know, yesterday was about the worst traffic I've seen outside of snowstorms, so I hope he's not still on the freeway.
