Am all register for fall classes, though. Emily will be happy to know that I had to choose Math and Democracy over International Ethics, due to distribution requirements that I still need to fulfill. I have a TuTh schedule, which will be nice.

vw - my father, who has his PhD in engineering looked at my text book and grimaced, so I don't feel too bad. Plus, I know I didn't participate in the discussions as much as I should have - so I lost points there.

Actually, it's called Global Poverty, Justice and Rights. It sounds REALLY interesting, but there's a lot of writing (papers biweekly, and a major research paper). I feel like I should be more knowledgeable about this stuff, but maybe I'll just start following Angelina Jolie more and learn from her.
I took something called something like "Economics of Developing Countries" at UCLA. Had an Egyptian professor. It was very interesting to get that perspective. Because you really don't get it enough in mainstream US society.
