I ended up asking random women whose cut and color I liked where they got their hair done. The response was overwhelmingly skewed to the salon I now go to.

I'm back from Bobby's surgery. The doctor was great. Joking about using chain saws and spurting blood once he established it would be enjoyed. Bobby was perfectly calm and fascinated by the process. Very bummed he couldn't keep the removed part of scalp. Phew, glad to have that behind us.

I used to only go to barbers (male) because hairdressers (male or female, but predominantly female) would try and give me input into how I should do my hair.

There's no way I could go to a barber. I love this new haircut, and it is hella sculpted.
I do have to find a new product, though. The wax I use was made by a very small company that has no gone under. Pout.
