Spike's Bitches 30: Going on Thirteen

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I've been trying to sleep most of the day and nothing has worked but I did get your message.

I hope you can get some sleep; I am going to go try and do the same. Give me a call tomorrow if you're feeling better.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I don't react well to people using the asscaps of rage on me

No rage. ASSCAPS of Peace, Love and understanding.

What?

I'm getting the pig!

I'm about to make one. Come over!

Heh. Be right there! If I start driving now, it'll probably take... well, forever. I don't trust my car to survive a road trip but if you had moved the least bit closer to me, instead of further away, I'd be tempted to take you up on that.

I seriously need groceries.

sj, I'll either call you or look for you on G Talk tomorrow. Night, sweets.

What?

Uh-huh. ::cries more::

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

but if you had moved the least bit closer to me, instead of further away
Whoops. Sorry about that.

I'm getting the pig!

I settled for cereal. The dog must be tired because he didn't even get out of bed to see what I was into. Good thing he's getting his getting his beauty rest. Lord knows he has such a busy day of sleep on his schedule tomorrow.

Ok. Going to try to coax the dream faeries to visit me again.

Cash, I love your hair! The lowlights really make it work.

sj, you are muy foamy - I think the cut is lovely, as well as the color.

After getting my hair cut to about shoulder length, I'm thinking I'm going to grow it out again. Part of the problem is that the only hairdresser I trust is in DC...and I've been forbidden to get any color that will fade to coppery brassy brittle orange in a couple weeks, which is all of them.

Blue dye would probably do that on my hair.

cheerio!

juliana, I don't have any really good ideas, but I think that symbol could become the top part of the character for "dream." [link] I don't know where you'd put the rest of the character, though, as I don't think there's enough room.

I was also trying to turn it into "woman" or "actress" [link]

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

sigh, caught up here and lj, looked at IKEA outdoor furniture. I guess now I have to do work. Bleh.

Mostly lurking...

No! Nora! Come entertain me so I don't have to clean the kitchen!

I think I was a sleepy girl. I decided to go back to bed after getting Emily out the door this morning. I just got up. Craziness!

the hardest to learn / was the least complicated

Man, some JACKHOLE stole my lunch from the refrigerator. (To clarify -- I keep one of those large gladware-type containers of deli turkey, a package of swiss cheese [sorry, Perkins] [not really], and tortillas in the fridge all week, and I make a wrap sandwich for lunch every day.)

I know it was there around 3 or 3:30 yesterday, because I ate lunch really late yesterday. This morning when I went to put my yogurt in there, I noticed my turkey and cheese were gone.

I'm actually thinking that it was the cleaning people, or someone else who was in here after 5:00, because, like I said, it was still there close to the end of the day, which would mean my co-workers left it alone. Plus, we're a small office -- if you steal people's food, it's going to become a Thing really quickly.

So. I am lunch-less. Jackhole. I hope they got food poisoning. Or intestinal blockage.
