Home from mani/pedi, Harvard Square jaunt, and therapy. Therapist said it was a good thing I had a wake-up call on my own, 'cause otherwise, she was gonna have to give me one today. So, good all around!
Spike's Bitches 30: Going on Thirteen
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Yay vw - and pretty toes too!!!
They are! They're all sparkly!
My toenails are a shimmery green. My fingernails are a pretty gold. Yes, I'm predictable during baseball season.
Bwah!
Not as bad as I was in high school, though. I'd get purple and gold rubber bands put on my braces each week. I was pathetic.
At least you were in High School.
Do you honestly doubt for a cold second that if Suzi were wearing braces the bands would be green and gold?
True. Very good point.
Using this Diet Sleuth program continues to be a real eye-opener. I read labels assiduously before, but I suck at math so I guess it was easier to "round down" in my mind. Seeing this program render a pie chart of the fat, protein and carbohydrate composition of my daily food choices is a shocker. Lots of data entry, though, as the Trader Joe's things I eat tend to be lower in fat and sugar than the generic entries the FDA has in its database.

Back when I did have braces, we didn't have any choices over color. And I never convinced K-Bug to go green and gold with hers - though she did favor red and black my two non-sports related favorite colors.
Oh, dear. Just got out of a staff meeting. Big goings on. Can't talk about it just now, but goodness. Not sure how it's going to change things.
Oh! Also, to keep those of you playing along at home up to date: my boss still is unaware that he's my boss. We're now on week 7. Woot!
