I don't really know anything about the Sonoma diet - but it lloks like they are all about the reeducation of proper eating habits - looks like there is a lot of variety , and not too heavy on the protien or carbs. I'd need to see the book, but it looks livable and more like changeing your eating habits , not something you start and stop.
