Mal: Yeah, well, just be careful. We cheated Badger out of good money to buy that frippery, and you're supposed to make me look respectable. Kaylee: Yes, sir, Captain Tightpants.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Also,

Rudolph the Red knows rain, dear.

(Which is, you know, the punchline to a joke about a communist weather forcaster with a good reputation for predicting precipitation. Isn't it funny that I put the punchline first? No? Sorry....)

What is even happening?

He who hesitates is lost, Sophia.

You rock, Jesse.

Sophia, I didn't get it, either. I kept trying to make "Tates" into "Taste."

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Today I'll make it out of the house in time for tea latte. I swear.

Didn't quite make it to the gym. I need to work out how to work out. I think I should move up my bedtime. I can fall behind on TV, right? I have TiVo, and I don't have to be ubercurrent, right?

Trust my rage

Rudolph the Red knows rain, dear.

Always makes me think of The Monkey Wrench Gang.

hip deep in pie

I'm watching Justin Chambers on yesterday's Ellen, and he seems like a really nice guy -- really appreciative of the steady work and the success of the show. Of course, he's extra glad for the paycheck, what with the FIVE KIDS.

It was the first interview I've seen with him where he seemed to display personality.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Sophia, I didn't get it, either. I kept trying to make "Tates" into "Taste."

That's what I was stuck on too.

I did get the other 5 for her (We know not for whom the Tells bowl, etc). It is really silly how much I like puns-- I fell like a ten year old boy. At my old job, I had a young middle school student tell me the series of ten punny jokes (none of which I can remember) and he closed up with

"A boy tells a woman ten puns, and did any of them make her laugh?

No pun in ten did!"

I laughed and laughed and laughed. I am not sure he was used to that reaction.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I need to work out how to work out.

only in your head does 2 krav classes NOT count as working out.

I can't believe Jesse went to the KPRINKLE this morning. My day is now a lost cause. snortling at my desk before 10 is not the way to get serious about work.
