Right after I posted last, my cat Chumley managed to scramble past me out the back door, and led me on a merry half-hour chase up and down my backyard, from bush to bush. He couldn't decide whether he was Totally Freaked or channelling Elsa from Born Free.
I'm just, uh, just feeling kinda... truthsome right now. And, uh... life's just too damn short for ifs and maybes.
