And don't you ever stand for that sort of thing. Someone ever tries to kill you, you try to kill 'em right back! ... You got the right same as anyone to live and try to kill people.

What is even happening?

Now I want asparagus. Really badly, but probably not badly enough to take all three kids to the good produce store. My mother roasted it with olive oil, salt, and pepper for Easter. It was excellent.

IOnotNews I've now just logged onto my e-mail three times in a row, searching for particular information. But once my e-mail has loaded, I've read something else, then logged off. The last time, I even located the document for which I'm looking, but instead of reading it, sent an e-mail to someone on the dl.

Brain? Dead. I might as well have gone to the F2F.

We found *really* good, fresh asparagus down at the $0.99 store, and bought a ton. We're going to have asparagus risotto tonight, and possibly buying a whole bunch more (if they last long, at that price) and freezing some.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I just love that you're talking casually about asparagus risotto, without the words "moldy" or "out of a tube" anywhere in sight! Clearly, S has been a very good influence.

I now have asparagus in the oven as a reward for all the responsible things I have done today.

Embrace the idea that we are the leaders we've been looking for. Grace Lee Boggs

re: underwires , that has been bugging me for years. Even though I don't watch Alias, and now I kind of hope TSA folks don't either, I'm kind of glad to not be alone on this.

The people who expect answers from JJ are doomed.

Wrod. I totally learned my lesson from Lost S1.

Reading whitefont about shows I don't watch is so much fun. Much better than actually watching the shows, as I expect y'all are better writers than 90% of the crew of folks who get paid to do it.

Wrod again. Double wrod. I'm almost tempted to go out and watch 24 and Alias DVDs, but I fear they would be terribly disappointing now.

pop tarts:

How appropriate that folks would post links to asparagus recipes when I just this morning decided to take asparagus to a potluck tonight. Thanks!

This may be in'eresting to science/space geeks: Voyager 2 Detects Odd Shape of Solar System's Edge

The milestone, which comes about a year after Voyager 1's crossing, comes earlier than expected and suggests to scientists that the edge of the shock is about one billion miles closer to the Sun in the southern region of the solar system than in the north.

This implies that the heliosphere, a spherical bubble of charged low-energy particles created by our Sun's solar wind, is irregularly shaped, bulging in the northern hemisphere and pressed inward in the south.

Scientists determined that Voyager 1 was approaching the termination shock when it began detecting charged particles that were being pushed back toward the Sun by charged particles coming from outside our solar system. This occurred when Voyager 1 was about 85 AU from the Sun.
