I'm having eggs with spinach, tomatoes, and cheese. Also 3 slices of turkey bacon.
Natter .44 Magnum: Do You Feel Chatty, Punk?
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
I know it's supposed to be formal and all, but you should have some say in the matter. It's not like you were asking to be called Batman.
Now I kind of wish I'd demanded to be called Batman.
ETA: Have I mentioned that my parents and my father and his wife are in for graduation? This is going to be *fun.*
I went with the tofurkey sandwich. It required the fewest utensils, and no stove.
Congrats, Jesse and SA!
I walked for undergrad and grad because family insisted on attending even though both ceremonies were absurdly large. With grad school I thought at least I'd get the hood, but we didn't get to keep them. Lame.
ok, I've now seen the finales of GA, CSI, Prison Break, ANTM, and TAR. Now on to Alias and WaT.
I just watched WAT, and it's The OC next. I'm glad they're rerunning Alias Monday night, since I'd rather watch on the tv than on the computer.
So, have y'all heard that the new Aquaman series has not been picked up? It's all we've been talking about at the F2F. (OK, a few of us discussed it for a minute....)
I just knew the Batman bit would get some discussion.
we were given a form to write out, phonetically, exactly how we wanted our names read.
We had this in college. My high school was pretty small. I don't remember who read the names, but I'm pretty confident they knew everyone in the graduating class well enough to get our names right. I didn't walk for grad school. I graduated in December and wasn't about to fly clear across the country to walk. I hardly knew anyone there, and although the program was outstanding, Syracuse is the armpit of New York.
Couldn't watch the CNN clip because I have Linux and have not figured out how to run Windows Player things (or much of anything else). I'm about to give up and go over to the Evil Empire, but, alas, I am too lazy and it is eeeeevil. I might as well just give up any geek cred I ever had right now.

My high school was pretty small, too, and the person reading the names had my name written out phonetically in front of her, and had known my family for at least 10 years. She still pronounced it wrong.

I would not want any guidance from either of my parents on anything pictured here. IJS.
