Bag the crypto. Say what is on your mind.

Wait! JenP, you are harshing my mellow!

How so? Is it the Stargate thing?

Grape Nuts:

If it helps any, I am disconsolate about having to wait until October for new BSG.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Need we say more?

Well, you could, because I have no idea what you mean.

Someone at work just apologised for their use of profanity yesterday while under the influence of a headache. Hadn't occurred to me that they had to apologise to me, even though I'd never use language like that here.

And I have a 7am meeting Monday. I'm relieved, because it's not a 7pm meeting.

On the other hand, my day doesn't end until 9:45pm on Monday, so that's little fun.

Yes, the Stargate thing.

I liketh it not. This position estranges me from some. Them, I eschew. For its mechanisms are archaic in my reckoning.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Speaking of LOST, I have nothing pretty to wear to the party. hmph.

I think disliking Stargate is immensely less confusing than the degree to which people from whom I'm not estranged adore Veronica Mars.

It's just taste in TV. As long as you're not proselytising or getting my shows cancelled, or forcing me to listen to your opinion I don't really care.

Hey, at least you get to be pretty. Last year I had a fat lip. This year, at least the scratches should be fading, but probably not the bruises.

I don't get the Veronica Mars thing at all. It did nothing for me. It was like midgit porn that way. Some people are really into it and I bear them no ill will, but if it was the only thing on television, I'd just go read a book or take a nap.

I'd watch for the bits with Logan emoting. Oh, okay, I do watch for the bits with Logan emoting. Also because I have a compulsion to know. Sometimes things become uninteresting to know as well as to watch (like Desperate Housewives). Most of what I watch falls into one or both of those categories of interesting.
