vanguard of the socialist Hollywood liberal homosexualist agenda

I'm not sure why I'm still watching Lost. I'll admit that I've been on tape delay the last few months, and I'm behind by two weeks. I'm worried that they're soon going to crumple under the weight of all their unanswered questions. But at least they'll all be pretty.

I'm a fan of both House and Bones, along with Prison Break (though they had an overload of HSQ in the finale. I'm loving on Doctor Who.

Oh, and HIMYM and Two and a Half Men. And Mythbusters.

Why don't I have a DVR/TiVo yet?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

It's weird what I'm willing to stop poking at. I understand Prison Break's massive lack of realism, but I don't care. House, on the other hand, pushes my buttons, and I can't watch more than five minutes of it without becoming irritated. I'm willing to accept that there's a season-long arc on 24, and settle in for the ride without carping, but the season-long Veronica Mars mystery leaves me lukewarm.

I'm not going to get into discussing literary (what's the analog for TV anyway?) merit of the shows, just what will get me through an hour without dwelling to detriment on the meta.

I dropped Lost , too, Gus. I just got bored. I never ventured into pissed off territory.

I love my Stargates (though neither was stellar this past season, really) and BSG. I also enjoy Numbers, but I'll have to do some ahemming - I was bad about taping. I neglected to keep up with 24, but I'll catch the last several eps of that, too.

Am looking forward to the July premiers of the Stargates. Is that when Eureka premiers, too? I'm looking forward to that one.

This. From a Stargate fan. Need we say more?

How so? Is it the Stargate thing?

Grape Nuts:

If it helps any, I am disconsolate about having to wait until October for new BSG.

Well, you could, because I have no idea what you mean.

Someone at work just apologised for their use of profanity yesterday while under the influence of a headache. Hadn't occurred to me that they had to apologise to me, even though I'd never use language like that here.

And I have a 7am meeting Monday. I'm relieved, because it's not a 7pm meeting.

On the other hand, my day doesn't end until 9:45pm on Monday, so that's little fun.

Yes, the Stargate thing.

I liketh it not. This position estranges me from some. Them, I eschew. For its mechanisms are archaic in my reckoning.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Speaking of LOST, I have nothing pretty to wear to the party. hmph.
