Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Dude, it's not my lemonade! I'm having a mini-crisis myself right now, due to a lack of the Amazing Race.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I've got some extra rabbit ears I could send you, Allyson.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

I just bought The Commitment by Dan Savage, for whom I have an unholy love, so at least there's something to read while I think about writing, "The Lurkers Support Me in Email."

I'm opening myself up to my shoddy behavior in The Great Zoe Finch Head Injury Incident.

Oy. "Hello, my name is Allyson, and sometimes I'm a big fat jerk."

I have cleaned the bathroom, washed the windows (which fascinated the cats) and started on laundry. It's too late to vacuum. I should swiffer the bedroom, clean the litter box, and get some of my packing done. I think that means no tv for me tonight.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Where are you going, Aurelia?

I'm just visiting family for the weekend... seeing Mom on Mom's Day, y'know. But I have friends coming in to visit and they will be arriving here a day before I get back, so I feel like I should leave things as clean as possible.

Ah. Have a good time, with both.

This may shock you, but I actually mailed you stuff today.

Nice, aurelia.

OK, here's how you know what a total dork I am. (Allyson, you may want to avert your eyes.) The guy from The Smoking Gun was just on Colbert, and he did so well! You could tell he was pleased. I love when people who aren't usually on TV do well on these shows. I'm dorkishly happy for them.

Art Crawl!!!

Alias: Sark ! Hmmm, I still think Sloan is nuts. . . but he's obviously working for himself rather than Prophet Five. Wouldn't it have been fun if when Sydney killed Ana she reverted to her own face?

Shit! I forgot to pick up my drycleaning.

For supper I had grilled chicken, marinated in soy, ginger, lemon, and garlic, with grilled mushrooms and steamed asparagus with lemon.

Jesse, I'm so broken. So very broken.
