Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Those panties rank with the panties that Mahandra wore after the sex scene with Aaron.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Wasn't Mere catty with Izzy about Calli? That's what I was referring to.

Besides, even for the most selfish little surgeon in the world, the sooner he's happy the better for her.

Was that to Callie's face? When she asked George to stand up for her, when did she know he hadn't? I agree that Mere really needs to be nice to Callie. I'd be surprised and think it out of character if that extended to not going on about the pee thing. It's not like she was making it up, after all.

Callie knew he hadn't stood up for her because he asked her about washing her hands in front of that patient. He was "siding" with his friends over her.

I'm with ita, I don't remember Meredith being catty, it was all Izzy who was way too dramatic about it.

Trudy, I don't see how that was related. He could have been fiercely protective, while not knowing for sure what happened, even while thinking she was guilty. We know he didn't. I don't know how she did.

Callie is a freakin' doctor. To ask her if she washed her hands with a patient was insulting even if it wasn't from his catty friends (which it was).

I'm not saying that the question was right. Just that the question wasn't related to what she said he hadn't done. There's no tie between the two. If she'd said "How could you believe that of me?" or "How could you doubt me?" it'd make sense to me.

It's related because if he had the balls to tell them to cut it out he'd have never asked her about the hand washing. Instead he (to some degree) bought into the "ewwww, Callie is groooossss" thing.
