Here, Tep. I've been earwormed with this all day.
(Good song. Not an ita danger-level link.)
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
I, too, am impervious to the Kotter earworm. I don't think I've seen as much as sixty seconds of it ever, and I've never heard the theme song; oddly, though, chunks of my brain are taken up with photographic-perfect memories of individual panels of the Mad magazine Kotter parody, which I must have read when I was six or seven.
I just found out that my ottoman is arriving on Sunday! I hope the pattern looks good, I barely remember what it is.
I think that's the only remotely interesting thing scheduled for my weekend. I had to bring work home. Bleh.
Nothing tonight.
Working tomorrow.
Sunday I take Em bike riding on the beach. Not sure WHICH beach, but a beach, somewhere. Joe will be off writing. We are hoping to do this on Sundays so that Joe can actually get some writing done again. We are calling it "Piss Off Sunday".
I have worked entirely too much today, two chocolate cupcakes notwithstanding.
Which reminds me--I intend to make bread pudding this week.
Off home!
We are calling it "Piss Of Sunday".
That's rather how I think of Monday.
Only 52 minutes left!
I just found this on somebody's blog:
"Pine nuts are a harsh mistress." -- Alton Brown, Iron Chef America
Is Alton Brown a fan of The Tick?
random question, which just occured to me while watching old L&O: when they do police lineups, where it's just one guy there who's the suspect, where do they find the other guys from? What happens if the witness claims that one of these other guys was the criminal?
Sometimes they get people. Sometimes they're cops.
