I gave her everything... jewels, beautiful dresses -- with beautiful girls in them.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Let our Perkins eat already!

Well, the reservation is for Saturday, so I'll probably eat before then anyway, but still-- Annoying.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Well, my cat apparently was walking around my desk when I was at work. G shooed her off, and she knocked one of the keys off my keyboard. Let's do a quick test...ok, it's back on.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Survivor reward challenge: Why not let the married couple have the private room? Let the kid stay at camp.

I blame Devi for a couple of popped off keys on my laptop. Though I can't figure out how she managed it.

msbelle, how long does the nutso schedule last?

I think Mister Kitty has special back muscles. 100 mL in, he rippled and the damned IV shot out even as I was holding the line. Got another wall and my eye (OW.) I'm supposed to give him between 100 and 150, so at least there is that. This kind of poking is a lot harder than the insulin, and he protests and I feel like shit. But it is good for him.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Dear lord. The Unit totally misted me up this week, with the kid and the abandonment (well, if you can be abandoned by someone you just met). Sniff.

I was looking at Dennis Haysbert's resume (wondering what a man with such an imposing build and voice did before I noticed him). I notice he'll be playing Mandela, which is weird. And I love his Buck Rogers (yeah, uhuh) credits as Ensign, Lt. Parsons, Helsman, Communications Officer, and Guard. I'm assuming he was in a lot of costume, or something, to get away with all that. I'm just surprised he never played a Klingon. Or several Klingons.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Frell -- my cable box turned itself off and I didn't get Survivor or the OC tonight.

Sucks, Jess.

ita, did you see Far From Heaven? If not, you should.

The first role I really noticed him in was in Waiting to Exhale. Until 24, he was "oh, that guy."

That bites, Jess.

Jesse--I'll add that to my Netflix list.

Which reminds me, I should watch a damned movie this weekend. I think I might have jogged myself out of notflixing by sending back two of the discs I was stalling on, incomplete. And I only have to watch the second half of Clueless (I sent it back halfwatched so I could get Crash before the Oscars) as part of my "How does this movie look now that I live here?" program.

However, I have 12 hours of Miami Vice on the TiVo.

The first role I really noticed him in was in Waiting to Exhale.

Who was he in that? I just plain don't remember the movie. Disliked it.
