Wow, msbelle, jumping rope is quite the workout! 2-3 minutes is really impressive.
I've just started a cardio program and am finding it so hard to keep my heart rate down where it's supposed to be while doing anything at all. It's frustrating. On the upside, I haven't gotten sore and worn out and quit, yet.
I'm a little scared of msbelle right now, and you should be, too.
OH! I forgot, I have a heart monitor here somewhere. I should wear it next time I do this and see where things are.
I am in horrible aerobic condition. no stamina at all.
I doubt I'll be sore at all tomorrow, but I may be a little tired.
I CAN DO ANYTHING!!! AND? I just might!
I CAN DO ANYTHING!!! AND? I just might!
This is what I'm talking about.
What I really think I am gonna do is wash dishes, grill some salmon, and make some chocolate covered rice crispies for my office.
You know, if my body released endorphins that easily, I'd never have trouble motivating to exercise.
The Trader Joe's Indian bowls are pretty tasty (I've had chicken vindaloo and tandoori chicken) and they rack up alongside Lean Cuisines in cost and calories/fat.
Someone is going to sleep well tonight.
In the meantime, come clean my apartment. It's gross and part of me is annoyed by this, but I can't be arsed to actually do anything about it.
Hey, Jesse, did you say you went to TJs when it wasn't crowded? Maybe I ask Bob to stop by tomorrow.
