SB County is in between LA and San Diego, but is at least an hour's PITA drive from either, and the air quality is incredibly shitty.
It does, however, contain Rancho Cucamonga, so if you're one of the three surviving Americans who still remember and pine for the Jack Benny radio show, there's that, but the crappy air will probably kill you before you get to properly enjoy your nostalgia bath.
After Allyson's rant, I'm now all paranoid and mentally going over every interaction I've had with my department's admin people. (Well, one of them seems to hate me, but as far as I can tell, he hates just about everybody).

Bones: Ah, Booth is Catholic! And has zombie issues. Especially with regards to Jesus. Plus it was fun seeing the news about what was happening leak back to the team.

Seriously, my biggest problem is when I am treated like I am stupid, or when someone bitches at me about some rule that obviously, I didn't make. Like, they try and reason with me about why they shouldn't have to do something.
Foreign nationals are the worst bitching at me about security requirements. I asked one guy two weeks ago if he'd like the number to the White House to bitch at the appropriate party.
Seriously, I have no idea why I haven't been fired.
