Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Jen, yeah, it was the first one in forever. But it started at 8, so I don't know how late you came in.

Nothing is going on there. That's why rents are cheap.

Ah. Google Maps, how you mislead me! Cause, on the map, that whole area looks more thickly settled than, well, Boston. So does everyone go to the Big City to do Stuff?

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

Well, I watched TAR, but completely forgot to tape Bones and totally spaced that Alias was back today. Crap.

Brenda, ITA about Yolanda. And I really love how the Hippies are handling their bad luck with as much good humor as they did their good luck earlier.

Heh. I went to look at rents in my mother's town in Ohio, just for comparison -- and the rents seemed huge! 1,300 for a one-bedroom? 900 per person for a house? Holy cow!

And then I realized... per quarter. Oooooh. That's better then.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

SB County is in between LA and San Diego, but is at least an hour's PITA drive from either, and the air quality is incredibly shitty.

It does, however, contain Rancho Cucamonga, so if you're one of the three surviving Americans who still remember and pine for the Jack Benny radio show, there's that, but the crappy air will probably kill you before you get to properly enjoy your nostalgia bath.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

After Allyson's rant, I'm now all paranoid and mentally going over every interaction I've had with my department's admin people. (Well, one of them seems to hate me, but as far as I can tell, he hates just about everybody).

My ring finger is longer than my index finger. The difference is much greater on my left hand than on my right. I have no idea what this means.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I've been to Rancho Cucamonga.

I'm starting not to feel well again, which is really annoying. I think I may watch TAR and let Tivo save Alias for me for tomorrow or the weekend.

So you're saying I should snub the Ontario school people tomorrow? "No resume for you! You have bad air quality!"

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Gaaaaaaaaaaaah.

I watched Alias and yet there is TAR WHITEFONT. You are all mean and cruel.

Color me not surprised that Vaughn's alive (since I'd already been spoiled), but also pretty disappointed. I mean, come on. Somebody stay dead!
