I have soup in a bread bowl for lunch. It's working out pretty well for me, because it's a bowl, but it's also *bread*.
How I love the bread bowl! So full of yummy soup. And if I'm still hungry when I finish the soup, the bowl is there for the eating.
I had a very yummy salad for lunch, but I am doing some frustrating work right now so I have been chomping away on club crackers and dried fruit. bleargh.
The vending machine downstairs keeps spitting my quarters back at me, which means I just got a free Coke.

Alas, I left the Butch and Ron Coke machine behind years ago. I miss them. I wonder how those boys are doing now. Are they still gazing at each other lovingly? Did they run away together? Did they have a passionate affair and an even more passionate break up?

I did not pass out in my branch meeting. I'll count this as a win.

I did get a free lunch today, but a) it's almost an exact duplicate of what I had been planning on having for dinner, and b) mine would have been a lot better, or at least a hella lot less salty.
