That's the big announcement? Just because there's liquid water, they're saying "possible life?" Or is the "possible life" something else?
So, not so much life, as...water?
Well if that's it, then yeah it is pretty interesting, but somebody went a little overboard with the reporting about possible life.
Pretty much par for the course for Drudge.
Whatever happened with that meteorite? First I heard that it was good evidence for extraplanetary life, then it was discredited, then what happened?
That's interesting in terms of widening the band of potential life zones, but given things like the suspected oceans under Europa's crust of ice, not the groundbreaking announcement I'd hoped to hear.
Skipping-sigh-and-poking-head: since I'm off for the weekend soon, I'd like to post now that, according to the Buffista Calendar, Saturday, the 11th, will be tommyrot's birthday, and to send him early wishes.
