Hey, I've been in a firefight before! Well, I was in a fire. Actually, I was fired from a fry-cook opportunity. I can handle myself.

Literary Buffistas 3: Don't Parse the Blurb, Dear.

There's more to life than watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer! No. Really, there is! Honestly! Here's a place for Buffistas to come and discuss what it is they're reading, their favorite authors and poets. "Geez. Crack a book sometime."

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I'm pretty sure you acknowledged getting it.

Don't make me forward it to you with the "requisite dates highlighted" bit!

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

Speaking of Cold Kiss, it's a free book today on Nook. You can get an electronic version of the book you've already bought. (You have bought it, right?)

What's Bradbury's scariest story to you? For me, it's "Skeleton." I think about it whenever my bones hurt and shudder every time I remember the last line.
