The second book, though, is beautifully historically researched. It was a very fun read. But then again, I know lots of people, Erin too maybe, who didn't like the book.
She's a professor at USC and has taught a handful of my former students.

My to-read list is so absurd at this point, it's hard to figure out what to read when. I still have to read Code Name Verity for book club on Sunday, and I haven't even started the Montmaray book or finished The Night Circus.

Based on the monkey see blog over at NPR, I read Pammy's book and the new Jennifer Weiner book last week. They were fun.

I've never been able to read more than Jennifer Weiner's first book. And they seem like the kind of books I would love! But I just don't click with her.
I've also been in a weird mood. After Duma Key, which was fantastic, I was tempted to stick with King for the rest of the summer. There are a bunch I haven't read.
