Spike's Bitches 29: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Our wings are not tired.

Honestly, I'm not going to do anything more than sit down with NiceBoss and give her an hour's worth of notes which relieves me of responsibility.

I'm sorry that you are going through this, but clearly going down a new path has been in the cards for a long time. Good on you for being responsible and stuff. No sense hurting the innocent.

All this Love is in the air sutff is fun to read. Love conquers all things; let us too surrender to Love.

I skipped a lot. Welcome Back Nora! (If I missed picture links let me know)

Happy belated birthday Raq.

Black coffee: Yes I am too crazed to go back and fix my typos.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

No pics yet, need to get them developed. (why won't my camera die so I can get a digital camera?)

Always Anti-fascist!

I want carrots. Just get flirty e-mail sometimes, which is fun and nice but still doesn't stop me from feeling all "As God is my witness, I'll never be hungry again." Which I suppose, despite the deprivation, is more inspiring than "As God is my witness, I thought turkeys could fly." So there's that.

move out and draw fire

I don't know, the "turkeys could fly" line is a guaranteed laugh for me, and as such, pretty damn inspiring.

Just went back and caught up, and thank you everybody for the birthday greetings! I almost teared up...okay, maybe I did tear up. I was in a bitter foul poisonous mood up to and including my birthday, but the lovely greetings have proven a good antidote.

In return, I give you airborne cats: [link]

Hec, so sorry to hear about your work sitch. I decree that no one shall be laid off, let go, out-sourced, pink-slipped, etc. in the month of March.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Only one of the best lines ever.

Hec, I think you're making the right call, tough as it is. I'm glad you'll likely be out of the hell-hole, but I really wish you weren't having to go through this.

It's about to happen to someone here I think, who completely rocks. Bastages.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Portland is still good. I made the mistake of watching the news last night and found out the the two main causes of air pollution here are cars and wood-burning fireplaces. Now I feel all guilty. Not guilty enough to not have fires, but still some guilt.

Well, smelt something! Build a hog farm or a coal mine! Get some industrial polutants goin' so the average resident can stop feeling so bad.

Your minion, huh? I've been worried about him.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Since it's the first day of your period, the sparkly things might be due to low blood pressure. I get them sometimes--do you feel a bit faint if you suddenly stand up?

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Calli, I get the sparklies about half an hour before the pain starts. Also accompanying the visual fireworks is dizziness, for me. Luckily for me, Excedrin does the trick - asperin, Tylenol, and caffiene. The Excedrin Migraine crap? Exact same ingredients and dosage levels as regular Excedrin.
