Last night I discovered the wonder that is Nutella. Why has no one told me about Nutella before?
I ran out of fabric, so I can't put the binding on my quilt before my doctors' appointments today. This disappoints me greatly and is going to force me to do homework between appointments instead of sewing the binding on. Darn.

I have lost 20 lbs. Yahoo! Most weight I have ever lost.
10 more to go and I will weigh what I did at 25 (140). I just really want to weigh what I did at 25 when I turn 50. It's entirely arbitrary and shallow, but it will make me happy.

I finally caved and made an appointment with the Dr. for this afternoon. I've had ear pain for probably 2 weeks, my right ear feels stuffed full of Play-Doh, and my sinuses are gleefully throbbing hard enough to make my teeth hurt.
Mostly, I just want my right ear to no longer feel all stuffed full. I'm actually hoping it's wax that they can flush out. I mean, antibiotics for the sinuses, you betcha. But my ear is driving me insane.

Teppy, yes, I have, with some lapses on nights out every couple weeks, which I think are part of staying on any diet. Haven't had chocolate or any sweets at all in 9 weeks.
