I finally caved and made an appointment with the Dr. for this afternoon. I've had ear pain for probably 2 weeks, my right ear feels stuffed full of Play-Doh, and my sinuses are gleefully throbbing hard enough to make my teeth hurt.
Mostly, I just want my right ear to no longer feel all stuffed full. I'm actually hoping it's wax that they can flush out. I mean, antibiotics for the sinuses, you betcha. But my ear is driving me insane.
t edit Robin, that ROOOOLZ!!! Have you been doing the insano diet (that's your name for it, IIRC; not my judgement) all along?

Teppy, yes, I have, with some lapses on nights out every couple weeks, which I think are part of staying on any diet. Haven't had chocolate or any sweets at all in 9 weeks.

Hee, Robin. I just weighed in at 140 and am very excited because it means I've regained the weight I lost after the concussion. I'm going to focus on 145 for now (which means regaining the weight I lost when I started running) and then it'll be back to looking wistfully at 150.
Lord, may I never weigh what I probably weighed at 25.
