This is my boat. They're part of my crew. No one's getting left. Best you get used to that.

Spike's Bitches 29: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Yay for Cass! I'm sorry I missed her this weekend.

I have spent the whole afternoon translating old English law things into Modern American Research Assistant.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I just got back from visiting the nephews. We gave the baby a bath, where he splashed me repeatedly, he threw food at me at dinner, and then he tried to bite when I told him he couldn't climb on the dresser for the 20th time in a row. It was a blast! He's the cutest 14 month old ever.

I'm getting the pig!

Perfect spring day? That'd be a year ago next month. Holy carp, can you believe she's 11 months old today?

Which reminds me... we need more pics of the little one. She has such an amazing face.

1) Favorite spring day? All of them. Spring and fall days are the absolute best. In Denver we really only get about five of each but I love them more than chocolate.

2) Something I'm looking forward to.... In the next month? A mini vacation with a bunch of friends at a villa in Akumal, Mexico. Really looking forward to it.

I can't think of a favorite Spring day, and we don't have any special plans to look forward to this month. I should probably change that.

Nicole, that place looks awesome! Take lots of pictures and bring us all back a cabana boy, 'k?

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Welcome, Fern! Now that you have delurked, stick around and hang out.

What Ellen said. Looks like a fabulous trip.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

libkitty, there's no such thing as too much -- post what you need to.

On a lighter note:

Take lots of pictures and bring us all back a cabana boy, 'k?

I second this, especially the second part. I really don't think I should be cabana boy-less just because we have no cabanas.

Now I'm earwormed for: Yes, we have no bananas. Check out the music at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (go figure) [link]

And no, I'm not that old.
