Errr. Tempting as it is, I'm already going to Portland the weekend after that, and I should be saving up my cash for a trip to the Antipodes this winter, if I can swing it.

Does anybody else here read Lazuli's "Repossession?" A big revelatory chapter came out last night, and I'm afraid I snickered at one of the big, emotional reveals. I've loved the story, except for some big-ass issues, and I think the biggest problem is insufficient ground-laying for "The Reason For It All." Any kind of negative response, though, is looked down upon on the mailing list.
Hee. I kept up with that to about chapter 100 (!) but I just couldn't anymore.
I like her portrayal of the Angel-Xander-Spike dynamic, but the A plot feels like it's falling apart on her.
Salieri has done it again. Stargate, Jack/Daniel.
What he meant was that his mind had accepted the loss, but his hands wouldn't forget. He'd never been so lucky as to be merely haunted in dreams. Daniel was a condition of flesh, the way space is a condition of shape. There was no escaping from that.
Guh. Just, guh.
