Always Anti-fascist!

Connie, I hate to hear that. Especially since that is not the whole show. Really. What did somebody do? Stick you in front of "End Game" and say "Here's a nice introduction," or what?(In case you don't know, End Game is a coping-with-shooting episode. Sniff.) The last few Bayliss-has-a-breakdown eps can be bloody well incomprehensible to walk in on, too. Trust me, I know. I gave up, shaking my head, wondering what happened to the poor guy with the glasses and the awful hair.(Hopefully KS' wife takes him to the barber now, cause Jesus, it was scary-short. Like a penitient, which I guess Bayliss was that year.) And I get that that kind of drama is not for everyone, believe it or not. But there's a lot of humor and heart. And philosophy, and grammar. And porn. B.org is like a big squad. And for Hec, music reviews. "You know what happens when you play country music backwards?"
"No."
"You get your job back, your truck back, your wife back, and your dog back."

"You can't put a price on the joy of not giving a shit." -Zenkitty

Fight the power. The het-loving mediocre fanfic power.

It could be, like, my triumphant return to Nikita fandom! "All your gay are belong to me."

Mostly lurking...

Just as an FYI, my paper is done. If anyone is interested in reading the final draft, shoot me an e-mail at profile addy, and I'll send it your way. I wasn't able to use as much of this discussion as I would have liked...2-4 pages doesn't give me much time to babble :)

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I'm almost starting to feel guilty about inflicting this on you guys.

Michael Samuelle wore a red velvet robe trimmed in soft fur the same color as the blood that cursed through his veins. He wore not a stitch of clothing underneath the garment giving a new meaning to the lyrics ‘underneath your clothes there’s an endless story’.

Micole says: "um. no, i'm pretty sure that's the same old meaning the lyricist meant in the first place."

Nevertheless Mick knew better; these two souls could no longer delay the moment when Mount Olympus would quiver with the sheer beauty of their union. These two had long invented horniness and needed to ‘relax’ so they could teach the world to swing in perfect harmony, climactic endeavors no longer waiting.

Coke commercials should never be quoted in a sex scene.

Then there's a relatively offensive bit about who's more "powerful", men or women.

Michael was peeling the cloth from her, disrobing her, performing for her, she continued, “Our next little rite of passage is having sex…well let me tell you Michael the first time is as much fun as having a ramrod pushed- through your nostrils…” Michael licked the now exposed skin to the root of her real power, “Yes… ah… I take it back probably your first partner didn’t feel that way…” He had licked a particularly sensitive area between the hip-bones that sent shivers down her spine and made her whimper with a near orgasm.

---

“Nee-kee-tah, let’s show the gods who really has command.”
Michael said in a breathless voice.

Before Ares and Aphrodite rewrote a part of mythology Nikita whispered, "You have command Michael."

And that was the secret of the power of women, we have command, but pretend we don't.

In case any of us were wondering what the secret of our power was.

I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies

Oh, dear. You know, I like a nice Greek tragedy as much as the next girl, but...

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Christ, woman, that's disgusting.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I will actually stop if people aren't amused any more. Forgot to say that.

Oh, I'm totally amused.

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

the blood that cursed through his veins

Actually, this is a fun image. I mean, totally unintentional, but sometimes I feel like my blood is cursing through my veins, wandering aimlessly like a slouchy preteen, shouting "Fuck!" It would explain the blush response when I'm angry, no?
