it's a little spooky, how easy it is to write Dru. And I do beleve this will be finished tomorrow, after which I'll ask your permission, and Am's, to post it somewhere. But that one will probably not go under my real name; it's just a nice gift, for both of you. That'll larn 'em to not write what they promised.

Man... I didn't know that plagiarism was a big problem in the HP fandom. I see it frequently in the Sailor Moon fandom, but it's actually rather fun, as the SMRFF forum has a tendency to lay into these people with great wit and snark. Should I post some excerpts sometime?
Has anyone written a backstory on Spike vamping Holden? If so I would really like to read it.

I'm not sure it is, honestly. It's more that it's happened a couple of times, and some people blow it out of proportion. Although the fact that a large part of the fandom rallied around Cassandra Claire didn't help their reputation any.
