Taiwain does. Very long and involved and super soapy. But they're like long miniseries so characters can get killed off.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.
Oddly enough, learning that about the Robin Hood movie makes more than perfect sense to me, and I can't work out why I think it makes as much visceral sense as it does logical. It's not like I've even seen the movie more than once, and that was a gazillion years ago.
Actually, maybe I never saw it. It might have just been the Viewmaster version.
