Buffista Movies 5: Development Hell
A place to talk about movies--old and new, good and bad, high art and high cheese. It's the place to place your kittens on the award winners, gossip about upcoming fims and discuss DVD releases and extras. Spoiler policy: White font all plot-related discussion until a movie's been in wide release two weeks, and keep the major HSQ in white font until two weeks after the video/DVD release.
I was going to get work done, too!
Maybe.
This is fun, I couldn't start until I got home from work and now I'm stuck. I have 16/20 (with the help of some of your hints). But I have no idea about
#2, 5, 10, 14.
I'm fairly certain I've never seen #8 or #14, cause I've got NOTHING.
Could someone tell me what #16, the barometer thing, is?
That was fun. I only got 10 on my own, the rest thanks to the hints here.
Barometer thing?
In #16, note that the volume knob is turned up to 11.
The little known Armenian short The Time That Barometer Blew Up? That film had the best barometer sequences.
I don't know and what's worse, everybody else does. I give up; I'm a horse with a broken leg.
2: thinking along the lines of "the notebook", only not on the north american continent.
5: look at the paperclip dude's head a little closer.
8: one word. not sharks, but along the same bitey lines.
10: I think he's trying to stay alive the only way he knows how.
14: if you lived in california, you'd probably want the metal man to be crushed by a truck.
Spring, don't you know that everything awesome goes up to eleven?
slightly bigger clue: it was a mockumentary before such things were de riguer.
