There are lots of good movies on that list. The order is just way out of whack. Basing myself on the criteria of
funny,
from their list my top 10 would be something like (in no particular order): This is Spinal Tap, The Princess Bride, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Best In Show, The Producers, Caddyshack, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Trading Places, Young Frankenstein, Stripes.
Apropos of nothing - Corwood, have you been watching The Thick of It on BBCA? It's like The Office, but with the cranky dry wit turned up to eleven. I've only seen the pilot so far, and I practically broke something laughing.
I've read about it, but we sadly don't get BBCA on cable anymore.
Oh, too bad -- it's fucking brilliant, and I think it'd be right up your alley. Hopefully there will be region 1 DVDs out soon.

Hee!! He's the only reason I would consider watching that movie (same with the Riddick flick). At least Bourne Supremacy had other things going for it in addition to Karl Urban.
