Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

SA, if you're carrying them over only one shoulder I highly recommend switching to both shoulders. Then you won't have happen what happened to me. I ended up with 6 weeks of physical therapy to get my back, shoulder and left arm back into full use and massive doses of naproxyn to kill the pain.

All day, I felt like I might be coming down with something, but I decided to go to yoga anyway. Whooboy, was that not fun. I am definitely coming down with something. I have had some lentil soup, and am about to sack out on the couch for a while.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Best of luck, JenP, and hugs.
