Herding cats for fun

Octavia Butler dead? Oh no, no, no. I'm reading her book right now AIFG. Guess this means those meaningful plot points won't be followed up in future. (kicks universe hard)

Googled. No info. Perhaps more later. Crap.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

It's a movie where two guys fall in love. The conflict is tied to the homosexuality, so it's not like it's some utopian world where it's not a factor.

That's exactly the thing that I've been trying to explain to people -- it's a Doomed Love Story, and the thing that makes it Doomed is that they're guys.

I was passing on some information I learned today from the buffistas yahoo group spam.

Oh yeah. Heh. I just had "Allyson" try to sell me some drugs over email, but I'm pretty sure that was an impersonator.

Hey, when is Prison Break coming back?

Dude, watching Ellen back to back to back and she is just the cutest damn thing ever. just now dancing to Ice Ice Baby. From earlier today, the Valentine's Day episode with Kooky and adorable Lauren Graham. And yesterday, the show with Heath Ledger who I like more and more.

You all have me filtered, don't you? Fine. I'll just log off this terminal and limp over to Roadhouse 66, where they will probably be out of everything I like to drink.

Beware elderly women traveling to Minneapolis. Their luggage is killer on the knees.

Bag the crypto. Say what is on your mind.

Filtering shrift? Can't happen.

Elderly women traveling to Minneapolis? Yes. Avoid them. They have damaging ways.

I took Monday off anyway, but I was planning on sleeping in and running errands.

I wish I could just go somewhere to get flensed but none of the whaling ships near me take Medicare.

Dude, I wrote a novella in Bitches and no one had a thing to say. I'm sorry your day is going so poorly. I hope at least you had a good time in LA enjoying (presumably) warmer weather.

Meanwhile, I'm still adrenalined up from having yet another asshole honk because I had the temerity to signal for half a block and then go into my own drive. Unfortunately, my house is right on a major thoroughfare in this city and people driving here seem to think all these houses are just movie set false fronts.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

O de shrift. Buck up little camper. Alcohol is good for what ails ya.
