My dad was very judgmental about steak sauce on steak.

My SiL (okay, the one I loathe right now but for totally different reasons) is still ashamed that she asked for steak sauce when having dinner with the family. She was in high school. Never let it be said we don't hold a beefy grudge.

I suspect it is the huge differentiation betwixt the working animal who might be nice to chat up or play with and the actual pet. They look the same but they seem, to me, worlds apart.
