Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I check the results, and
she will be skating in the long program.

Dude, don't SAY that yet!

I mean, I'm glad to know it, but I've been spoiled once today already.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

I know I will get used to them, but for ight now, I feel totally trapped. Like all I am is a pair of great big glasses.

And the lady who gave them to me said, "you're awfully young for progressives."

And I said, "I hate."

She didn't seem to register it.

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

Sorry. I didn't think it was much of a spoiler, if you don't know where she stands exactly.

I've been wondering about the speed skaters. With each pair racing there is at least one shot of them skating over there flags under the ice. So, are all the flags under the ice and they just shoot the spot where the skating pair is over their's or are the flags really there? Is it some kind of trick thing NBC is doing?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Nah, I'll email her, which I haven't actually done yet.

Ann, that's a ferret.

58% on surviving zombies. It'll do.

It's a graphics overlay, like the yellow scrimmage line in a football game, only more elaborate.

Ah, thank you, Kathy. It's been bugging me. Like the blue lines in the snow in the downhill events. I just don't remember seeing them before.

quester, no worries -- I think I'm just gunshy

the flags: I think we only see them on the screen. its like the line of scrimage on footbal fields (or whatever that line is they project -- and however you spell it)

I love when Italians win and start kissin. not just a peck on the cheek either. hugging and smooching and rubbing each others hair. its like porn for chicks. Even Shani joined in. Good times, good times.

I think the blue lines are really there -- they sometimes look smudged. I don't remember them before either.
