Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Gee, are you sure she's Joe's kid?

A friend of mine says that her (similar to yours) opinions of her children are the most objective and unbiased opinions anybody could ever hold on them, because she's the one who has to get up for them during the night, take care of them when they're sick, screaming, annoying or the like. So if she says that they're the most amazing in the world, it has to be true.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Nilly! I'll take the good wishes, any day of the year.

And Happy Belated Birthday to Benno!

You know, with a mother like Eliis Grey, who by the memories she's spouting today was a very distant, removed and disengaged mother, it's no wonder that Mere has trouble seeing, or giving any attention to, anybody's emotions but her own.

Lovelovelove the Burke/Yang. And espectially Bailey bringing the baby in to see the surgery.

Beverly! Have a great second-day-of-your-new-age! Also, how are you doing, in general? I't's been too long since I posted with you.

Pretty good, Nilly. There've been some life upheavals and big changes, but we manage to roll with the punches, mostly.

I don't see or hear enough of you either, though.

And now I can't stay to chat, it's almost 4AM and I need to get to bed. 'Night!

YAYS!!!!!

My cookbook arrived!

BOOOOS!

I have to finish my stupid essay for a deadline before I can look at it properly.

It looks absolutely cracking though. Well done the whole team, I think. Well done indeed.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Happy belated birthdays to BeVERly and Benno!
