Wesley: Illyria can be...difficult. Testing her might be hard without getting someone seriously hurt. Angel: We'll make Spike do it. Wesley: Good.

Congrats shrift! May your bosses in Chicago be of the non-pointy-headed variety.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Bitches? Are you here?

I'm going through withdrawls...

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

In truly unexciting news, I now have working lightbulbs in all my lights! And, in an attempt to do a little de-cluttering, this afternoon I put a shopping bag full of books in the lobby of my building, with a sign that said they were free. I just went down (taking out trash! Yet another accomplishment), and about half of them are gone already. Sweet.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

In other thrilling news, due to watching that horrible horrible "Semi Homemade" show on the Food network, I just had to get a Twix bar. Because the lady on the show was making an ice-cream cake that she put Twix around the outside of -- I'm afraid it was supposed to be pseudo tiramisu.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Yay, shrift!!! My kind of town, Chicago is...

I'm afraid it was supposed to be pseudo tiramisu.

Now that's just wrong.
