and the thought that I may be living on 4 hours of sleep a night for many more months makes me want to cry.
There is a lot to be said for a good cry.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, flaming otters, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

True. But faced with sleeping, drinking or crying, I think I'd take the former.
This one's all sparkly, but the music, oh my. Still, very cute. I'd forgotten what fanastic bodies skaters have.
True. But faced with sleeping, drinking or crying, I think I'd take the former. It's not my ideal evening but a good cry over a glass of wine can lead to excellent sleep. Then again, so can good sex. Or Ambien.
I say take the good sleep however you can get it.
Amen.
Poor Isaac!
But it's dancing! Dancing isn't a sport!I realize the Extreme DanceSport Ballroom people would disagree.
SPORT is right in the title! Plus, you have to have good form, do difficult moves that are risky, you need training, and coaching, and talent, and all the things that are required for a SPORT. Plus, you have to work with a partner, and if they screw up, you're just as screwed as a pairs skater.
Actually, I don't think anything that requires that you do whatever it is you're doing in time to a piece of music is a sport.
Oh my goodness. What is wrong with you?? How can you not consider a gymnastics floor routine a sport??????
7s.

Whenever Svetlana Khorkina performs, I want it to be the kind of sport that includes custard-filled projectiles.
That's fair. But don't blame gymnastics for Khorkina. It's not the sport's fault she exists.
It's the sport's fault we know she exists...
