Fred: Oh my God! Angel, you're…cute! Angel: Fred, don't! Fred: Oh, but the little hands! And the hair! Angel: Hey! You're fired.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I do love Mary J. The Swedish lady hair makes me laugh, though.

Ooh, and I love Ludacris, too! Cutehead Luda.

Stupid Grammys. I don't want to watch you!

Our wings are not tired.

My son hated the hair. Said it made her look even older than usual. Like ancient. He's on thin ice.

Disadvantage to watching the show on East time is that it goes off in 10 minutes while I watch Lost. I like watching award shows.

Trust my rage

ditto with VM, for me. Yeah, the hair didn't go with the rest of her outfit.

I've seen what I wanted to see on the Grammys. One of the guitar players for Sugarland is a friend of mine, and it was fun to see Scott amidst all the glitter. Sugarland itself drives me crazy, because it's a complete construct. It was created by a three urban singer-songwriters who put on fake accents and big bleached hair to create a "country" band. I'm glad for their success, but the concept galls me.

Ooh, that is tacky.

Ann, that's a ferret.

Ditto a great deal of country music and many country musicians.

(Disclaimer: Above statement can also be said about many genres, and not intended to refer to all country.)

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Buffistas are crazy nice to me.

I rummaged through cupboards and managed to make myself some comfort food: roasted chicken breast, stuffing, sweet corn, and chicken-mushroom gravy.

for the past couple of weeks, all the water I drink leaves an odd sweet aftertaste in my mouth.

Too much acidity. IJS. If not antacids, try pepcid or tagmet unless contraindicated with your other stuff.

People need to go visit Allyson and give her their honest opinions.

I gotta do the same about my hair. I'm not liking it lately, which freaks me out because I usually love what my hairdresser does and have no clue (and am having other issues that make me hate everything about me.) So those who've seen me or pics of me: should I go back to curl under rather than flip?

Does anyone think Allyson might not be giving an objective assessment of how she looks in the glasses?

[raises hand] My impression is that Allyson is quite insightful except when the subject is Allyson. I also think she's a devious time-traveling copycat, because I'd planned to get new glasses tomorrow.

Check. I should probably go pack.

I got new glasses today also. I guess they're okay, but I spent a lot of time looking at cooler-looking glasses and ended up with a pair remarkably similar to the ones I've had for the last 20 years.
