Well, you'd better not be thinking what I think you're thinking, because my answer is the same as always — no threesomes unless it's boy-boy-girl. Or Charlize Theron.

According to the article (I wish I could find it now!), Honda defended the lower mpgs on the older design because they said they were exchanging mileage for horsepower. However, with the developments in hybrid technology over the past few years, hybrid advocates were hoping that Honda would have improved the mpgs while preserving the pep in the redesign, but I guess not.

In Daily Show news, People has the baby announcement. I loved this bit:

Last October, while appearing on David Letterman's Late Show, Stewart expressed some reservations about parenting a daughter. "I don't know that much about women," said Stewart. "A boy child, I feel like I'll know how to deal with it if he has a problem. I'll just be able to say to him, 'Well, repress it,' and he will hopefully swallow that, as I have. And then you figure you have 30 years before it comes out over dinner where somebody spills the gravy and then you're like 'I hate you!'

"A girl, she's going to want me to have tea with her and her panda. Like, what am I going to do with that?" he added.

Coding and Sleeping

The Accord pairs a powerful V-6 engine with an electric motor for more performance any of it's non-hybrid models, so it's not designed for maximum mileage. I don't think it is a strategy that will pan out, I think people cross-shopping a Camry hybrid (or future Fusion hybrid) vs. an Accord hybrid are going to go with mileage instead of performance. I think people who are looking for performance will just go with the regular V-6 which costs less and doesn't get terrible mileage.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

If I had the money lying around...well, I might end up with something not a Honda. But the specs sounded tempting.

Cute speakers. But I'd never use them, instead rolling them into rooms and waiting for them to explode.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Why am I suddenly picturing ita as the guest star in the next big GA?

Having not seen GA yet, all I can do is imagine some sort of Mission Impossible meets GA and that is a weird weird place.

I seem to have beat out the fever!!!

Trust my rage

Okay, I have a question for you mathy types. I'm trying to find the area of 4-sided polygon where there are no right angles and each side is a different length. Is there an easy way to do this?

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Draw a diagonal and add the areas of the two resulting triangles?

aka "The artist formerly known as Corwood Industries."

Pat Robertson's grasp of Sartre is truly inspiring to behold.

Also, because I love y'all, Ken Russell's 1955 photo essay on Teddy Girls.
