Never was able to figure that out. My best guess is that he was inventing a new character race for D&D (-2 Int, +2 Dex peferred class Rouge, bonuses for Picking Locks, and Pickpocketing). The deep raccoons are large intelligent raccoons that live deep in the forrest usually in semi-nomadic tribes. OTOH, he probably isn't that geeky yet.

Man, that was fast. I just turned on CSPAN to watch a bit of Gonzales's testimony in the FISA hearings, and lasted all of eight seconds before I found myself shouting "OH FOR FUCK'S SAKE."
Grassley from Iowa just started his questioning of the AG by expressing his grave concern -- not over the wiretappings, not over the failure to get warrants either before, during or after the fact, but over the fact that this information was leaked to the NYT. Fucker.

And because the two GA guys were idiots, it stands to reason that it could be. I think having Meredith and the bomb is stupid because she's not really at risk of dying. But, you know, Addison or Olivia or another character would be much higher tension because there is a possibility of them going booom. And honestly, I fear for Bailey's husband.
